We collect information directly from you, from your organization, through our website and services, from integrations you authorize, from service providers, and from security, logging, analytics, billing, and support systems used to operate the services.

Patched Codes, Inc. does not use customer workflow data to train public foundation models unless a separate written agreement expressly permits it.

Patched Codes, Inc. maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and support SOC 2-aligned privacy operations. These safeguards may include access control, least-privilege permissions, authentication controls, encryption, logging and monitoring, incident response, change management, vendor review, employee security training, vulnerability management, backup and recovery procedures, and periodic control review.

No security program can guarantee absolute protection. If we identify a security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate and provide notifications as required by law and applicable agreements.
